What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1*20 GP container. You can mix up to 3 items in a 20GP container, or up to 5 items in a 40HQ container.

Yes, we accept sample orders. Please note that the customer is responsible for both the product cost and shipping expenses.

What is your standard lead time?
Depending on the product design and the time of order, our production process typically takes between 15 to 35 days.
What are your payment terms?
For orders over USD $1,700, we require a 30% deposit via T/T before production, with the balance due before delivery. For orders under USD $1,700, 100% deposit is required.
